Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, featuring a standout pancake machine! ! The staff were cheerful and helpful, making our stay feel welcoming.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired, and noise from other guests disrupted our sleep.

the holiday inn express provided a great stay with super helpful staff (shoutout to the wonderful housekeeping! ). the breakfast options were excellent, especially the pancakes and cinnamon rolls, which made mornings much better!

pool was a bit chilly 🥶.

my stay at the holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. the front desk was cheerful and helped us quickly get a spacious room for five, making us feel at home right away. the breakfast had plenty of options, including a tasty egg white omelet, which was a nice surprise.

Stayed in a Standard Room Two Queen Beds and it was spacious enough for the whole family. The comfy beds were a huge plus after a long drive. I loved having the microwave and coffee machine in the room, super convenient! The Bath & Body Works toiletries gave it a nice touch, felt a bit more premium. The air conditioning worked well, making the stay more comfortable, but the walls were a little thin, so I could hear some noise from next door.

There’s room for improvement with cold pool temperatures!!! The weak Wi-Fi connection was frustrating, and I noticed noise disturbances that impacted my ability to rest peacefully!!! I expected better soundproofing between rooms!!!

The fitness center was well-maintained, but some noise from nearby rooms was bothersome.

The Standard Room Two Queen Beds was spacious. It had a microwave and mini fridge which made snacking easy. Loved the Bath & Body Works toiletries! The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool. The fitness center was clean and well-maintained. Plus, the indoor pool had a lot of towels available for use.

The hotel had a bright lobby with convenience charging stations for our devices, which made our stay comfortable. While the walls seemed a bit thin, allowing some noise from neighbors, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had what we needed for breakfast.

The comfortable beds and friendly staff made for a great stay, and the delicious breakfast options exceeded my expectations.

Housekeeping responsiveness could be improved during busy checkout times.
